Returns policy

All our products are functionally tested before being shipped and are shipped with new batteries. Therefore, their operation is guaranteed. No refunds will be given for external reasons, such as lack of network coverage, so we recommend that you make sure that the installation site meets the necessary conditions for its operation. Instructions and support for the commissioning of the sensor will be provided.

Lack of network coverage will not be a reason for return, nor will returns be accepted if the customer does not follow the instructions of our support regarding the commissioning of the devices. Once the sensors are connected they begin to send data.

The customer is responsible for the packaging and correct labelling for the transport of goods, all shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
